GRAND LAVIERS RESERVE
Close to Abbeville and five minutes from the Bay of Somme as the crow flies, discover the Grand-Laviers Bird Reserve. This former 40 hectare industrial site, acquired and refurbished by the “Fondation des Habitats de la Faune Sauvage” (Foundation of the Habitat of Wild Fauna) and the “Fédération des Chasseurs de la Somme” (Federation of the Somme Hunters), today plays host to an amazing range of migratory avifauna: pied avocet, black-winged stilt, black-necked grebe, waders, ducks and other wading birds.
Opening hours:from mars 1st from september 30th from 10am to 7pm 10h à 19h
from october 1st to february 28th from 10am to 5pm
Days and times of nature outings: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 12pm.
